CIRCULAZE is a circular economy ecosystem that connects diverse stakeholders across industries to collaborate and drive meaningful impact. We believe that setting guidelines is essential for this. To keep this an inclusive and comfortable community, we have a code of conduct for all participants.

When you join this ecosystem, through for instance event participation, the bgreen leader’s network, or other forms of participation, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violation may result in the removal of materials, comments, other member content, or termination of a membership and registration.

Our Dos and Don’ts

• Use a real name and identity on the bgreen leaders network. The credibility and authenticity starts with the people.
• The user must not, in the course of using the services, store, publish, transmit, distribute, or otherwise infringe upon the rights of third parties, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, or related rights, trade secrets, personal rights, or property rights, or violate regulatory requirements or agreements with third parties, consumer, competition, or advertising law, or regulations for specific professions or professional groups.
• The user must not store, publish, distribute, and/or transmit content containing software viruses or other information, files, or programs intended or suitable for disrupting, damaging, or limiting the functionality of computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
• Respect other members privacy and your own. The user must not store, publish, distribute, and/or transmit content to which the user is not authorized to disseminate.
• The user must not collect, process, store, or transmit information or personal data about other users without their explicit consent.
• You may not share, threaten to share, or encourage the sharing of other members’ private information without their prior permission.
• CIRCULAZE and bgreen leaders is all about connecting – please do not use our space as a sales platform. The user must not store, publish, and/or transmit unsolicited advertising, promotional material, junk or bulk emails (“spam”), chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other commercial offers.
• Do not upload inappropriate content. If a user shares inappropriate, offensive, hateful, threatening, or abusive content to the member space, we reserve the right to ban the member from any of our services.
• The user must not violate national or international regulations.
• At CIRCULAZE and bgreen leaders, we encourage open and sincere discussions among members. All communication should be respectful. We do not accept activity or communication that negatively affect the experience of other members.
• Keep it legal. Participating in or encouraging any illegal activity is cause for immediate termination of a membership and registration.
• We appreciate an inclusive and tolerant tone, and we welcome diverse people and perspectives. Avoid terms that indicate gender bias. Content or comments that are violent, defamatory, racist, or hateful will be removed.
• Play fair! You may not transcribe, record, reproduce, or share information obtained in the CIRCULAZE or bgreen leaders ecosystem without prior permission.
