On Monday November 20th at 17:00 CET, the virtual Trend Tours continued with FMCG. Following a keynote by Matthieu Vincent, Co-Founder of DigitalFoodLab, we heard from start-ups Mushlabs and tocco on their circular solutions

The Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry has long been synonymous with convenience, accessibility, and mass consumption. From food and beverages to personal care products and household essentials, FMCG items are an integral part of our daily lives. However, the conventional linear model of producing, consuming, and disposing of these goods has raised significant environmental and sustainability concerns over the years.

In response to these challenges, a transformative concept has emerged within the FMCG sector: Circular FMCG. This innovative approach aims to revolutionize the way we produce, consume, and manage FMCG products to minimize waste, reduce environmental impact, and promote a more sustainable and responsible consumption pattern.

On Monday November 20th, following a great overview of the current trends by DigitalFoodLab’s Matthieu Vincent, we heard from two innovative start-ups with circular FMCG solutions, Mushlabs and tocco. Missed the event? Check out the full video below:
